Our minimum charge is 2 hours plus the fixed travel time for your area. This applies to all moves regardless of size. For smaller moves such as single item deliveries or studio apartments, the 2-hour minimum ensures our team has enough time to handle your belongings carefully and professionally without rushing.

Yes, you can add an extra removalist to any booking for $50 per hour. This is particularly useful for larger homes, properties with stairs or narrow access, or if you simply want the move completed as quickly as possible. A third team member significantly reduces loading and unloading time and can save you money overall by shortening the total hours.

Yes, if your move requires more than one truck, a discount is available. This is common for larger family homes, office relocations, or interstate moves with a high volume of belongings. Contact us with the details of your move and we’ll put together a competitive quote that reflects the scale of your relocation.

Rather than charging an unpredictable variable travel rate, we use a fixed travel fee based on your distance from Sydney CBD. This means you know exactly what you’ll pay for travel before the move starts. The charge ranges from 30 minutes for suburbs within 15km such as Bondi and Chatswood, up to 90 minutes for areas up to 60km away such as Penrith and Campbelltown. Your quote will always specify the exact travel charge for your location.

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward, GST is already included in all our rates and there are no hidden fees. The only additional costs that may apply are packing materials if you use our packing service, travel time which is always communicated upfront and tolls depending on the location and travel time agreed. We don’t charge extra fees for stairs, delicate items, complex access unless we have flagged this upfront in the quote.
