  • Lucas is the driving force behind your smooth moves across Sydney. Originally from Brazil, he made Australia home back in 2012.
  • Lucas built his career from the ground up, working across construction, waterproofing and removals before founding Xpert Move, building the hands-on experience and work ethic that now define our service.
  • As a father of two, he understands what it means to move a family home. That personal experience shapes everything about how Xpert Move operates, the care taken with furniture, the clear communication, the respect for your time and space.
  • Lucas has built a strong team of other capable drivers and offsiders to meet the growing demand for his removalist, storage and logistics services. 
  • His mission has always been simple: deliver reliable, transparent, and stress-free moves for every client, every time.

We charge a fixed travel fee based on your distance from Sydney CBD, rather than an unpredictable variable rate. Areas within 15km (such as Bondi, Chatswood and Newtown) incur a 30-minute charge. Suburbs within 25km (such as Parramatta and Epping) are charged 45 minutes. Areas up to 40km away (such as Hornsby and Castle Hill) are charged 60 minutes, and locations up to 60km away (such as Penrith and Campbelltown) are charged 90 minutes. Your quote will always specify the exact travel charge for your move.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend moves and end-of-month dates, which tend to fill up quickly. That said, we understand that moves don’t always come with plenty of notice — contact us and we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows. A one-hour deposit secures your booking and guarantees your spot.

Yes — all our prices are GST inclusive. There are no additional taxes or hidden fees added at the end. Our minimum charge is two hours plus the fixed travel time for your area, and everything else is clearly outlined in your quote before your booking is confirmed. What you see is exactly what you pay.

Yes — this is one of the small but important extras we offer at no additional cost. Our team can disconnect your washing machine at your old home and reconnect it at your new one, saving you the hassle of organising a separate tradesperson.

We take exceptional care with every item we move — furniture is wrapped in protective blankets, secured with straps, and handled with professional equipment at all times. In the rare event that something is damaged, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly. Our team’s goal is always to deliver your belongings in exactly the same condition they left.

We service all suburbs across Greater Sydney, from the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches to the Inner West, South Sydney, Western Sydney, and the Hills District.
